Please explain

Please explainLet me get this straight, Allied is going to find hemp producers, have Radient process the hemp producers product, and have Dhaliwal find the LP buyer for product. What is stopping the hemp producers from finding their own processors and buyers. Pretty sure that is what they are already doing. How is Allied a value here? What a joke. lol
