I can see where your coming from, SF, and yes I can empathize with your medium term concern of undersupply. Nevertheless, I see the latter as a positive for PLS with its 40 year abundance of resource, provided we can ramp up production (dig, you -dig). In the world of demand, greed always seems to meet supply with a touch of lag to enhance the price of said commodity.
As to your worry about undersupply slowing the speed of take-up I think that horse has bolted. I point your eagle eye to my Sunday mornings research with the saying: "build it and they will come."
