OIII to start trading July 9th
With shares of O3 to start trading around July 9th, things will get interesting. I assume that any counter offers will be able to refer to the current share price of O3 at the time of the counter (vs. the $3.88 share price incorporated into previous offers). AZX shareholders should hope that O3 shares (ticker OIII) don't tank and at least hold their value

If it declines in its first week or so of trading then the value of the offer declines and therefore so will the value of any superior counter bid. If AEM plans on countering and thinks it will rise in value they will counter in next few days... if they think it will declines then they will wait and hope to see that happen before countering.

Is there any language in the agreement that allows AZX to deem the revised O3 bid 'no longer superior' if the SP declines susbstantially?

Tomorrow is the deadline for competing bids. No white knight and we're stuck with the 7cent offering. Since O3 will not trade unti the following week, there's no market action that could legally change the price (at least that's my understanding). How OSK came up with the price I don't know, but my gut tells me it's gonna drop on july 9th.
