Hi  Isenechal, Not sure what you mean by "cashless"?  You can go back to the  S- 3  offering to see that the warrants  are in the money at $7, non callable  and have 5 years to go.  They are currently selling at $ 1.90 a warrant. btw,    Your YouTube link doesn't work Can you re post the link?
