Latest SEC Filing - APDN approaching INSOLVENCY!

Latest SEC Filing = Date: 2/1/2024 Form: 424B5 - Prospectus [Rule 424(b)(5)]

Folks, today's SEC filing indicates 2 private placements which could more than double the number of current shares of stock.

This is SEVERE DILUTION!

This could drive the stock price below $0.30!

It's obvious that APDN is seriously running out of cash and approaching insolvency.

I see 2 possible scenarios:

(1) APDN becomes insolvent in which case the stock price falls to 0, or

(2) APDN raises money to continue operations a little longer and the stock price falls due to equity dilution.

Strong Sell Recommendation.
