Hayward STINKS!

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
221. It's a known fact that one's past negative reputation has a significant impact not only on their own life but on other people and places that they interact with as well.
222. CEO Hayward's infamous past is having a deleterious effect on this company and undoubtedly has caused a significant reduction in the stock price.
223. Unfortunately, the Board of Directors has steadfastly refused to address this problem and refused to solve this problem by replacing CEO Hayward with a new CEO. This is gross incompetence!
224. It turns out CEO Hayward also has experience as a penny-stock investor.
225. Hayward was the G.P. of the Double D Venture Fund and it turns out the "Double D" could have stood for "Double Digit" losses as the Double D Venture Fund invested in a company called Q-RNA which lost nearly all of its value since going public.
226. To make things worse, Hayward was also a Director at the company.
227. CEO Hayward says his DNA products work.
228. But he never answers this ONE KEY QUESTION:
229. DOES YOUR LINEAR DNA PRODUCT WORK BETTER THAN THE COMPETITION?
230. I can’t hear you Hayward. Please speak up.

STRONG SELL RECOMMENDATION - 600 Reasons to Sell this Dumpster Stock
231. “We have received written notice from Nasdaq that we are not in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirements.”
232. “If we are unable to regain compliance with Nasdaq continued listing standards, which may require effecting a reverse stock split of our common stock, we could be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market.”
233. This “would negatively impact our business, our ability to raise capital, and the market price and liquidity of our common stock.”
234. So let’s give CEO the benefit of the doubt and agree that his Linear DNA works.
235. We all know that Henry Ford’s 1928 Model T automobile worked. He sold many of his Model T’s.
236. But would most people today buy a Model T? I think most people would rather purchase a new model car.

237. In a similar vein, APDN's competitors produce a far superior product that can be commercialized. That’s a huge problem for APDN. That’s something Hayward does not like to address.
238. History shows many companies were unable to successfully commercialize their technology for myriad reasons. APDN’s Linear DNA Technology falls into this category. Don't be fooled by failed CEO Hayward!

239. The investor relations department of APDN admitted they lost a critical contract with CUNY that was worth $35 million.
240. APDN admitted this was their largest contract, and this was a devastating blow to their bottom line. The company admitted it will take a long time to recover. This is not a time to be buying. This is a time to be selling.
