What’s Wrong with Irwin Simon

The market doesn't like 
 -his 100 million dilution of 6 percent from an unnamed investor especially after the short and scandal with Vic
-they don't like the two massive writediwns wheb he specifically said there wouldn't be any. They also don't believe him Covid was responsible for the 64 billion alone. 

-they don't like his timing of the last write down
-they don't like he hung a future 100 million dilution pending on us
-they don't like he fumbled the deal with Emblem then cost us 30 million to pay them off
-they don't like now that we lost a supply deal we have over supply because he is a terrible CEO
-they don't like the problems at Apgria Diamond and the fact Insiders Chris and Benji sold all their shares at 6.04 and do it consistently upon receiving them as was stated in the deep dive article 
-they don't like he said he's not focused on US market
-they don't like he spoke of dividends and never mentioned it again
-they don't like Irwin Simon left Hain and it was an absolute disaster. 
-they don't like his utter silence and never a single deal or anything outside a small contract with Israel. They don't like he had done mothering absolutely nothing
-investors see the stock movement and realize Irwin Simon is a bloated loser CEO investing 20 million in a Earth brand company and chairs that one all the while he's sinking our ship and we pay him Ten Million with bonuses and options. The market hates all of that
-They hate Irwin Simon was a Vic appointee

The Mastronardi's did not sell all of their shares - so you are not in fact factual.  They were issued shares for payment of services rendered in lieu of a cash payment.
