You dam right I’m disgruntled

We have a scamming family at Aphria that we thought we tossed out after the Quintessential short. Irwin Simon has proved he's a continuation of it. The whole town is disgruntled with Cole Casiviloni and Vic Neufelds theft of investors. Just remember I said that one day. The whole town is disgruntled not just me. My position now is we have a CEO who refuses to make any deals of any kind. Any news we get is bad news directly because of Irwin Simon. He gets called my MSO's?  Why hasn't he made a deal before elections?  Why hasn't he done anything?  People invest in many companies and don't watch the day to day SP. I have many investments but you can tell other companies are striving for sucess but reasons outside company control slow the process. That's not the case with Aphria. Irwin diluted us 6 percent back in January what has he done with the money?  It crashed our market capitalization leading right into a pandemic shortly after. January 22 the guy dilutes and why did he need the money?  What difference would 300 million in the bank today have made?  Why can't he dilute when he has an acquisition lined up?  Why can't he make any supply deals?  Why couldn't he fulfil Emblem when today were sitting with over supply?  He said we have our product spoken for we don't need Emblem go read the links. What customer was he talking about?  We're sure sitting on a lot of inventory. You Dam right I got time on my hands. You have whole town watching and don't think people forgot about the scam and the short report. We know what this family did and now we want them out and Irwin was appointed by them. He's garbage his every action is garbage and I can come back here in six months again and comment again when he's done nothing again and again and again. All we have to look forward too is him exercising the 100 million at market dilution he said he filled that he can draw on in last quarter. Irwin is junk

CIA- That is one fact I and maybe most didn't know. You are from Leamington and the whole town is disgruntled with the goings on at Aphria. I would be too, as I was, but like many, including myself, we were hoping the black eyes were healing. For many of us, like myself not living anywhere near the town, I would have No idea. From your post's, I sensed this was very personal to you ...more

Fair enough. All I ask is that Irwin Simon do what he says. Let's see what happens but I really can't see it. He uses high school tactics to sell the fact he doesn't plan to make any deals. Every interview including the last he reiterates Aphria can do it alone. He's selling the idea to investors not to mention it is a fact he turned down multiple offers. I mean what's he ...more

CIA, Thanks very much man. I really appreciate it. And yes, I 100% agree with you that it's time for Irwin to earn his compensation. We need an entry strategy to the US asap. But, it also has to make sense. Respect, Prof

Prof, did I read this correctly! You are even in the opinion the market hates simon, and US entry should be on the agenda without craze Simon dilution. Never thought I would have read that, but finally some of these "longs" are starting to see it.

I cannot speak for the market as a whole but the optics of his last appearance on bnn really pi$$ed me off. Also, the market is clearly not in favor of his " go it alone" strategy. APHRIA needs to team up with another lp that has a US strategy in place or make a deal with an MSO in order to really excite the market and capture the huge growth potential of the US. That being said, I do ...more

CIA - Agreed! With over 55 M&A's to his credit, connection's and nothing is going on, that would be tragic. If he is up to something, hopefully it rocks the Cannabis Sector to its core, in Canada, Usa and the rest of the Globe! Then we can all be friends ;) His time is running thin though. Craft beer for me, please. Cheers! Ventura

Agreed. His time is running very thin, Nopalian Hill once said you can know everything a leader with be in his first two years. Irwin Simon is completely out of time. I just read another post linked in this board about Irwin Simon saying every CEO needs to be fired to learn in life. I'm hoping Aphria isn't his learning curve. He already left Hain in a disaster when he left with an ...more

If the price is there, it is because the revenue stalled, which is really a bad thing in a growing companies. The company faces stiff competition. I might buy some if the price get lower. The CEO didn't deliver.

Ah Ha....I get it now....I remember now CalmDown....you bought a boat load at 18-20 and you are still holding.....sit tight buddy it is still only a paper loss...Raptor

You dam right I bought a boat load so did everyone. We thought Vic was in verge of a major deal with Altria. We didn't at the time know he was a scammer thief. Only people with no bank roll got burned hard. I wasn't one of those people, trust me i since averaged down heavily putting myself in a great position. I'm not here because I'm angry about my financial situation first off. I ...more
