so if the runoff election does not go our way, should we expect a big drop on share price in early January? Thanks in advance

Not saying I'm knowledgeable, but just another opinion: run off is Jan 5 and about a week later (I think) is Apha results. So, there may be a major SP rise in speculation (and hope) of the Dems taking both seats (there is a possibility as Republicans have anonymously been expressing worry about Trump getting involved in Georgia--long explanation for another post)....if the Dems don't ...more

I can't see any other outcome in the short-term.  But if that happens I believe over time the lustre will return.

In the runoff, a married Democrat who sexted a young campaign worker and exposed himself, is running against a strong candidate who won but didn't get 50%. The news broke after the mail in ballots. Biden took legalization off of his website. Sooooo....no. It's not going to happen.

We don't necessarily need MORE to pass. SAFE will pass in tne next stimulus package in Jan at the very latest and that will be the first step to legalization in the US. It will be huge for MSO's and very good for a few LP's like APHA.

Quickest route is probably the Georgia Senate vote getting 2 seats for the democrats and then it is up to them to do the legislative work to swing the door open to trigger the US greenrush.  It does seem that potpreneurs are making moves anyways where State law provides some protection and I haven't seen the Feds do anything drastic to supercede State law.  Huge volumes of Canadian ...more

Yes, I keep forgetting about that, confusing it with the more act.. in fact, a CFO of a US based potco I own told me that the SAFE act is singlehandedly the most important law for US companies as it would immediately enhance their bottom lines; for example, I think he said by 20%... although it won't help canadian comps for now, yes it should be a major step towards legalization...do u have a ...more
