I am not thrilled re tlry either but let's wait for details. Aphria has not been making bad deals, Sweetwater is cash accretive, cc pharma. Maybe we save on admin costs and cut the fat at tlry like their ceo salary

I am not happy with this news either but if the after hours share price holds up into tomorrow $Cha-ching$. It may be time to finally take a little off of the table. 22% increase right now!
