Uncertain, some concerns

Now Irwin is much smarter than me and clearly knows what he's doing but why change the name to tilray from aphria? Will our shares be consolidated to 60% of what we hold? Also, in after hours tilray is up 25% while we are only up around 7 or 8 percent. So clearly the market likes the deal better for tilray. Not sure what to think. Glta longs

There were rumours during the day but the stock only moved 2.5%. Wouldn't be surprised if it turns red soon after open tomorrow.
