Can someone please explain?

So just reading through the press release. I sounds like there will be no more APHA symbol? Will we still have a Canadian listing on the TSX. If not can I hold a US listing in my TFSA?

thats correct no APHA ticker and Tilray not listed on TSX, a bit clarity in this would be good.  anybody know if your TSX held shares automatically transfer to the Nasdaq at the exchange level of 0.8381

I think there is tax implications for Canadians to hold US securities. Im sad to see APHA go!

For sure. Even if you hold it on your RRSP account.

Another factor to keep in mind, is that the US dollar has been steadility declining in value, relative to the CDN dollar, among other currencies, for the past few weeks and is expected to drop more in the New Year. Depending on the economic policies that Biden initiates, that could be a demon drop, or more of a gradual decline.

APH isn't gone- just the name-APH owns 62 % of TLRY!

So what happens to my APHA shares? How will this make us money?
