MM's run up the LP's to lock in retail and the same time run down MSO's. They then pull the trigger and reverse doing the same with the MSO's, repeat rinse and wash. It's almost comical how obvious this appears.

What will be interesting to see is the new TLRY wil essentially be the 1st Hybrid version of a LP/MSO combination, I,m guessing within the year there will be 2 or 3 more mega mergers that will be the new landscape for North America. There is still alot of risk with MSO's as it's not clear how the legalization will roll out with interstate trade.
