The original founders BFD moved onto and created the company APT. The company is legit but the greed is full bore. As the company grew the greedy pigs tried to figure out how to reduce costs . They moved some of the business to Meixo and I think at one point China. The insiders have extremely lucrative deal to the point of obscene as well as a lucrative retirement package.
As time went on they moved most of their business back to the States to waive the made in America flag.
To my knowledge they have never paid dividends and have forever had the policy of repurchasing shares. They would reward themselves stock options at low prices and then exercise the options and always sell at much much higher prices. This is why they keep repurchasing stock.
You would think the Fat Piggies in this last COVID windfall would issue Special Dividends to the shareholders . Result No way the fat Piggies want to keep the profits all to themselves. They have no conscious and don't give a dam about the shareholders. I will buy back at 1-3.50
