Alex Shnaider (born 1968^[1]) is a Russian-born Canadian entrepreneur and former commodities trader. He is co-founder with Eduard Shifrin of the Midland Group.

Midland Group is an international trading and investment holding company, Registered in Guernsey under the name Midland Resources Holding Ltd, the group owns a number of subsidiaries across the agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, shippingand steel industries.

Primarily active in the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as Eastern Europeand the Far East, the Midland group of companies has a presence in 34 countries worldwide.

The group's co-founders are billionaires Alexander Shnaider (chairman), a Russian born Canadian national, and Ukrainian-born Eduard Shifrin.

a confluence of events coming together.  a perfect storm in the microcap markets that comes along rarely. that affects a shareprice yet fundamentally things have only gotten better.   what has changed except to the positive since .75 cents? ask yourself.

I've only owned the stock after the selloff. So I don't have a problem with it.  I'm aware of the fundamentals, only getting better!
