Taken a nice quick 38% gain on this, albeit it could have been much higher with the 80% pop yesterday. Although refining is where the money will be I'm now not so sure this management can deliver

After decades of outsourcing to China the refining of rare earths from existing US ore is where the guaranteed money will be made. Without refining you don't have rare earths of manufacturing
