I take from the update that we have even better chances now of seeing this agreement signed. And I like that they kept us informed within the announced timeframe. Also these agreements can take a lot of time to conclude - that’s not a big deal... by the time and effort spent it seems evident both parties see real value here.

You're absolutely right about the time these agreements can take before being finalized. Much more complex than most people realize and Mazen has been down this road before. I believe there will still be a lot of activity going on even before the final signing, the Vietnamese don't like to waste time and have a reputation for getting the ball rolling....stay tuned!

Well there we have it.  I must say I am impressed with my RGX brethren, with the unceratinty today not only did everyone hold strong, the bid at 0.045 climbed throughout the day even before the update.  This is a massive undertaking and the fact they are still hammering it out is more important than a couple weeks delay. Once the lawyers get involved things tend to slow down until
