Guys don’t kid yourselves - the goal here will be to wipe out ordinary shares and start “fresh”. Argex will survive but ordinary shares will be worthless as is always the case in something like this. forget it and move on - sorry... and there is no case for a lawsuit here... Argex was always bleeding cash and the potential for a bankruptcy was always high; we’ve played “Roulette” and we’ve lost ...more
