I was screw in the Pacific (PRE) case in 2016 and look what come today:

“Pacific breached the legal duty to inform by not revealing relevant information of which they were aware, in a systematic manner to minority shareholders and the stock market about the real financial situation of the company, making believe that artificial way that this was a solid company and that any concern about its viability was unfounded, when the truth was that the company's performance was in an irreversible decline. ”


SO, if we finish in the sane postiton we have this!!??

I agree with you, SGordon.  I have been busy sending letters to many News media regarding the actions of Mr.Alnaimi and directors. I have also been very busy contacting as many Ti02 manufacturers as possible to inform them of the upcoming auction of Argex. Grandpa, you are doing a super job fighting for us (retail investors of RGX). I thank you for all the effort and energy you are putting into this cause. I'm not sure what happened to his post but I agree....Grampa said it perfectly. He put in words exactly what I think and feel. The system it rigged and I'm getting out of stocks. The retail guy is too disadvataged..... with rules biased for the rich.

Same, I only started investing 3 years ago now, after this an 1 other bamboozle. I'm out. Same reason I learned in my twenties to stop hitting blackjack tables....
