Sure hope you’re right skyy! Can anyone else confirm this? Seems as though most of us are beyond unsure of what effect the approval of this stalking horse bid is going to have on shareholders and the future of Argex.

Sky, Stalking horse bid winning bid means shareholders are wiped out. If they were not, then Mazen would have done his shareholders meetings, done placement and have shareholders on board. Why would he spend crazy money on lawyers to do this?

Nap, do you understand when a bankrupt company goes to auction, their assets are seized and sold to highest bidder. Stalking horse won the bid and new company is formed, wiping out old shareholders. Only debtors, debentures have claim on new company, possibly pennies on the dollar.
