Some updated...

Nothing big for now but I wait for more infos...

 

Today I call a few of the biggest creditors to see if they are welling to start something and the answer is yes... I call the AMF and talk with a guy to see what's next and I call M. Jordan from PWC to have more infos...

I'm waiting for the name of the Law firm in Ontario and talk to them after to see if we can do something!?

I will make some more noise in the next few days and hope that make something move!?!  GLTA

I got the name of the Law firm. I call them today and wait for a reply from a superior...  Menace46, this is so frustrating (PWC article)!! How can we have faith and be secure with people like this in the market (PWC and the others...)!! :(      GLTA

Yes please keep us posted. I’m very interested in taking legal action. If not againstnthe company, then against Alnaimi himself for negligence.
