Grandpa, What happened to strength in numbers, even people out there can go on crowdfunding and raise possibly enough money to pay off creditors, why did you blow so much smoke and give people hope when in reality there was none.

Blue, didn't you listen in the Q and A and the law firm said minimum $40k to start. No law firm will take on contingency. I would think 150-200 k just to get warm.

Count me in for 1K, even if it's a lost cause it's worth it to make life difficult for those Argex criminals. It's amazing that there is not even an apology or statement from Alnami to shareholders who have supported the company for years. The true colors are coming out....just business!

Blue, right when Argex went bankrupt, a law firm did Q and A fact finding. The Howard Group investor Argex, which is a large investment company, Grant Howard was also on the call, I think. If the Howard Group decided to do nothing and take their losses what can the average investor do? The law firm stated they wanted 40k just to look into it, lawyers are not cheap.

Blue, are you thinking straight, Howard Group has lots of money and they don't want no part of it, would you? 40k is just the start, lawyer saying hi to you. Going to trial and all the crazy stuff, hundred of thousands of dollars. Unless the government gets involved or a huge law firm truly believes like going against smoking, small guys are always out of luck.
