This is smelling rotten to the core IMHO!

I refer you to the content of a previous post by hardeehar (in italics).  What he suggests is a conspiracy theory.  Another interesting tidbit is that BMO comes out with the only underperform rating on Arcan stock and it just so happens they were one of the main underwriters of CPG's recent $600+ million equity financing.  Coincidence?  I think not - they are shaking the
