Why hasn't PBN or CPG bought the remaining shares

I can't understand how this is still an independent entity.  2 major players each own approximately 20%.  Why hasn't one of them made an offer for the remaining shares.  I am sure the offer would be sucessful at $2(maybe less).  They can't realistically expect to get it any cheaper so what are they waiting for?

I heard they have a Poison pill......makes it more expensive And the kicker is 19%- for CP not 20% that puts them in a different role I am told. Thus that is why PB only picked up 17%

"They can't realistically expect to get it any cheaper so what are they waiting for?"     You must have a willing seller and I don't think Arcan is willing to sell at these rock bottom prices.  The rumour is that they were not even interested in selling out to CPG at $7.     Obviosuly they have a great asset is CPG bought 20% at $5...  Why would ...more
