Tax loss selling

Wouldn't the last day for tax loss selling be Dec. 27.  That is a Thursday.  The 28th is Friday; and Monday would be the 31st.  Wouldn't that allow the three days needed for a trade to be finalized?  Just wondering.

Peace to all.

Motley Fool article is bullish for Beaverhill Lake and primarily Second Wave. I hold both either way.....both ARN and SCS.https://beta.fool.com/traderinvestor70/2012/12/22/halcon-case-math-we-trust-or-speculation-we/19195/?ticker=RAM&source=eogyholnk0000001 ARN was bought at 70 cents when the mass was dumping it as I have already posted it and I am adding on SCS currently.
