Reverse Split at AGM?

What do you think the chances are of a reverse split coming on the Aug.20 AGM call? I say this in light of them doing it in hopes to land on NASDAQ in the fall as they have stated that as being one of their goals in the past. I would really like to be back around the .70 range before the RS for our sake. Thoughts?

Hopefully the run up (and uplift) happens around the FDA approval meeting. MUGs, technically speaking, can they proceed with phase3 if don’t need get FDA approval? I’m confident they will with Stauffer meeting the requirements of the NSAID division. As it stands now, the meeting will push out from 2020 to early 2021 and the Phase 3 trial begins in Q2-ish.  Fingers crossed for little further delay. Mugs...how long have you been saying that...Does that mean another year which has 12 months!

Chance of a RS at the AGM? 0%. Stock needs to be $4 USD to get a NASDAQ listing. We'd need to see ATE north of .60 for X number of days before a 10:1 At today's exchange rate .60 = .46 so a RS would be $4.60 USD - might be cutting it close to the wire even at that price.
