More dilution
before you all freak out and block me sit back and let me explain. Its more of a thought pipe dream at the moment anyway. I'm kinda hoping they do the bench offering before things take off and here is why. Near as I reckon this was a ten dollar stock before consolidation. I still think its a ten dollar stock even if they raise more capital. If a bench offering occurs before the j curve I figure this drops to around 2.5 heck maybe even a buck. Now that will allow me to double my position easily and if I put cash in on other accounts maybe triple down. Alas Antibe has yet to fulfill any of my pipedreams to date lol Good luck lads and happy hunting

Interesting take. So you want them to dilute solely for the reason that you can up your stake? They do that, and we will be potentially hit with another hurdle that will artificially keep the price of the share from going beyond. I just don't understand what strategic reason they'd have to do that at this point.

Drops to around 2.5? In your dream! It is only a matter of between buying out now without dilution at 1B and buying out in future with dilution at 3B. For shareholders, without dilution, $30 per share now, with dilution, $60 per share in future.

I think dilution will happen regardless, I mean how else would they integrate the Antibe Holdings into the stock. Secondly if they have no partnerships or buyouts they will need to dilute in order to get cash. Obviously I would love for us to stay at the 39 million shares we have now but in my head I've been calculating market cap with about 50 million shares outstanding.

To be honest, I care little about dilution. The impact of dilution is much smaller than a partnership or buyout. And the later is almost a sure thing. The only uncertainty is timing, sooner or later.

well for starters they would do the bench offering before anything happens. Then I would buy more shares you follow?
