I cannot interpret this news as anything but positive. All we have done is pull the slingshot back a lil further. Cheers gentlemen. This is fantastic.

Agreed. There's no more guessing as to where the money is going to come from. There's no more racing against the clock. That anxiety has been removed - for company, shareholders and new investors. Bring on the institutional investors !!!!!

I agree Mugs, This was very high risk investment for everyone without a clear path for phase 3. Sure we got some dilution but what company does not have to bite the bullet at times. I think most got twisted because we hit the $7's and thought it would keep going. This deal and the Nuance deal has taken so much risk out of the equation. It makes ATB stronger in dealing with other partners ...more

Yes - and that dilution has an ability to create magnified value in this arena. Imagine a company that just went to market after having its revenue destroyed by COVID (following one of those). Which one would you rather be a part of ? Obviously tthis company. We are not going to care about this diluti9on in a lttle while (IMO).
