Can you ask did this just start or happening since august and how many have they met with? I don't think it's working

In August they were probably looking at making smaller deals - to bring in the cash. Now we know they ended up partnering with China. They were not interested in discussing with Big Pharma at that time - I got the sense that ATE wasn't ready for those discussions.
