After Goodman left our board in 2015-16, GUD struck a deal with ATE to acquire licensing in Canada, Israel, Russia, South Africa and Romania.  Eventually, ATE bought Romania back and packaged it with a different deal.  GUD also got a seat on our board at that time (if I recall correctly).  Samira joined the Board first and eventually was replaced by Amal for here business
