And if that were true then a large number of shareholders would also agree with you. And if a large number of shareholders agreed with you ... Dan will be voted off the board in August. That's really the only way to prove your theory.

I have not voted before but i will definitly do it in augurst. I know 40k shares do not have a good voting power  but it is significant. Since last year he is ruining the company. We got into ph3 and we got a good deal. His financing strategy after nuance deal is sh*t play of the century. He sold tons of shares because he knows PH3 will get postponed. I am going to be logging in tonight and I will be voting.  I am with you, and I'm not happy with the way this has played out.  You detailed it pretty well.  This is our chance as retail to show we are not happy, even if the likelyhood of change isn't likely.

The majority of shares are not looking at the share price (IMO) - they are looking at where we've been and where we're going ... and ... they're not making any changes during OTENA negotiations.   Where have we been: - loaded up the cash - reverse split and ready for NASDAQ - amalgamation and OTENA deal ready - in control as we go into Phase 3 Never been this self

I don't mind him as a person, prolly a great guy.  I don't like how this strategy has unfolded.  I am not sure what is up for vote, haven't looked yet, but I will be saying no to any "atta boy" shares and no to things I don't endorse.

Where do you think the SP would today if the Connacord raise didn't happen back February following the Nuance deal? We'll never know but based on historical data in this industry, it would gone up maybe to $8 or $10 max, followed by a slow bleed back to these levels guaranteed.  When catalysts are 6-8 months apart, these stocks always drop.  It's the nature of biotech
