With the cash on hand the price floor shouldve been like 1.25/sh. They could close the doors and return that to shareholders today if they wanted

It doesn't work that way. LOL. If they were to close their doors, accounting expenses and legal fees alone would eat up over half, if not all of it. It's not a soup kitchen where everyone lines up and they hand out whatever they have.. There are a lot of procedures to follow, ie expenses.
