The company is also involved in the exploration and development of mineral rights relating to minerals, such as rare earths, copper, graphite, nickel, iron, gold, and quartzite. The company was formerly known as Brazil Minerals, Inc. and changed its name to Atlas Lithium Corporation in October 2022. Atlas Lithium Corporation was founded in 2011 and is based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Areli Nogueira, Vice-President of Mineral Exploration at the Company, stated: “These five mineral rights are in the largest nickel producing district in Brazil. They are located in the vicinity of a nickel mine and within a mafic-ultramafic geological complex highly favorable to lateritic nickel deposits.”
