In your self directed trading account did your ORA shares listed on the TSX automatically transfer over to AUGO shares on the NASDAQ? Or did you have to contact your broker to get it sorted out

I checked that dividends are paid semi-annually according to records. If so, why are the last two dividend payment dates so close? Shall we expect the next dividend date to be in 2026? Thank you!
