So when are we going to see this stock above $1?

Seems like we're floating around 60-70 cents. Any idea what needs to happen, and when,  for this thing to stay flat around a dollar or higher?

I can appreciate the FOMO of missing out on the upward push... much of which was driven by an emotional market reaction to the feds with little basis on market fundamentals. I also bought 15,000 at $0.60. Fed will raise interest rates. Canada not likely.  I agree with your projections as broad as they may be. LSC was acquired this past week This deal represented the last of three ...more

So, when you say fully priced in do you mean no more investment money will be in this stock? I mean we can't sell for less than $1.50 per share one would have to think? We are possibly looking at 4.5-6 mill tonns of high quality lithium. I would be enraged if we sell for less than that. It makes no sense.

Mikerosoft667: When you say Sidoo is sharp, you might want to look at the East West Petroleum / Juva Life Deal (Cannabis Company) see the EW site. That proposed merger will likely not be approved, but meantime no one has been able to buy or sell EW shares for 6 months. After reading up on that, you might come up with an entirely different prospective regarding Sidoo.

He is a wolf in sheep's clothing make no mistake about it. However, we have a 12 million dollar private placement and Orocobre who own the majority of the shares which is our saving grace. ORL will never let Sidoo siphon funds from this stock. This will be my last investment involving a David Sidoo led company.

IMO I am not taking seriously too much comparisons between East-West and advantage.  Advantage is putting together a nice land package with lots of bankable reserves of Li, whereas East-West was never very successful in finding much of what they were looking for...namely O and NG.

I completely agree. Also, there is a common practice where new CEOs/CFOs buy zombie stocks on the Venture market and repurpose them for a new business plans (its cheaper than IPOing on the Venture). Sidoo has done this with a number of companies, even Advantage I believe.

Aucontrairenow: I would agree with you in the past EW had limited success with its oil prospects, but now their partner in Romania, NIS, is drilling like crazy. There is oil in Romania, the only question is how much. And of course, Sidoo, now after waiting for years for this investment to pay off, decides that he wants first to take the company private. Only when pushed by the prospect of EW ...more
