Distance?

Does anybody know the distance from WM's southern drill holes to the BAR boundary? Thanks.

diabase, The BAR 16 Sept 2019 NR has a plan view (Figure 2) where you can make a guess (from the scale provided) of the distance. There are 2 holes on the north sidde (WM property) that seem (at least one of them) to belong to WM. The other starts from the south side (may be WM asked BAR for permission to start the hole there) of the boundary and head north at 45 deg (NE). The mineralized areas ...more

Thanks for your input Goldhunter11. Some of the holes within the southern WM property could be old BAR holes. The 2 holes that you mentioned are not within either the 51 or 52 corridor (I don't think).

From MD&A yesterday. Ongoing drilling by Wallbridge on the Fenelon Mine Property has continued to expand the Area 51 gold discovery and which has now been traced to within 200 to 300 metres of the Company’s holdings to the south, west and northwest of the Fenelon Mine Property.

Thanks a lot for the feedback Hawaiii. I'm still trying to get (read) the numbers on those 2 drill holes near the WM/BAR boundary. The maps that show them, show very blurry DH numbers!! If found, one could then trace back news to see the results.

DB, sent you an email with a few numbers.

diabase, No worries. Figure 2 of WR NR of 14 Nov 2019 has some remarks about distance to the boundary with BAR (approx 900m to the left and 1100 m to the right (Fig 2 is looking NE). Also, BAR NR 16 Sept 2019 has a plan view showing thei proximity with WM. If one is interested in the big picture, then a distance of about 1km is not a big deal. Somtimes a neighbour like WM just want more land to ...more

From what I can see, the WM 51 Corridor coincides with a slightly magnetic feature. This I would interpret as the intermediate intrusive porphyry that is shown on WM's drill hole cross sections. It seems that some of the better gold grades are associated with this rock type. There are a few of these types of magnetic trends located in BAR's Area 52, so to me, these are the trends to be ...more
