Removal of Mgt.

Does anyone know the procedure for removing mgt. from a company on the exchange?
I'm going to discuss with my securities lawyer.

You have to arrange a special shareholders meeting and then have enough proxis to have the majority.

Lucky, you would need a dissident shareholder, a majority shareholder would be best, but a shareholder with some 2%OS would do, and that shareholder would need to spearhead the issue by proposing a alternate slate of directors (Management would normally propose their own).
