Does anyone know when the cutoff date was for owning shares that can be voted in the upcoming merger vote? 
I haven't received a mailout re voting my shares yet, some of my shares were purchased a while ago I'm not sure if before the cutoff date or not.

Hi westcast2019 Yes the date is March27 ! I was adding 10k this day & it was not added to my holding ( I was checking for the date in the proxy form received this week ! best luck

The date (on the second page of the proxy form) is the record date. It would require 3 business days to register/transfer the ownership of the shares, so you would need to buy the shares 3 days before the record date to be able to include them in your holding for the purpose of voting. Similar rule applies to the voting deadline for proxies to be recorded  (it's 5 May 2020, rather than
