I 10000% agree with you BANR should focus on replaying some of the TARP money because it represent like 5% interest rate on those prefer share dividend. If it wasn't for that Our EPS would have been alot higher.

Doing a quick calculation that 1.6 Million dividend payment represent around 0.07 EPS.

If the TARP didn't exist BANR EPS for the quarter would have been -0.20 insteead.
