They should be doing a Dutch Auction

Gives the company to buy wack of stock back at well below instrinsic value.

Royal Bank has a USD $28.00 target - 107% upside from this level.
 

Company should be actively buying anything under USD $18.00-imo.

This Is the worst of all the subs yet it has the best value.

Maybe somebody in investor relations needs to be fired?
