BSdetector - I agree. I made the comment yesterday that it is hard to tell whether AQN or BCE is the worse run company. I am only holding a small position in BCE but I really wish it was 0% rather than 2% of the protfolio. Not sure this is the bottom, so not buying any more any time soon. Need to see some change in Board and Exec.

Both CEOs went to the AltaGas school of advanced market cap destruction. There needs to be a lot more transparency about executive compensation models. When growth at any cost is the trigger for variable executive compensation, the common shareholder isn't even a consideration, and gets thrown under the bus every time.

I think you made the same mistake you stopped reading at the top part that was interpreted by the news agency (CNW) and didn't actually read the quote... I stand corrected, you are right ...  I stopped reading at the Mirko part, while he didnt say it but that is their new release and in the legal part at the bottom regarding forward looking statements they did mention debt reduction... Certain statements made in this news release are forward-looking statements, including statements relating to the proposed sale of BCE Inc.'s ownership

despite all the number crunching being done by amateurs on the board this stock is the stand out winner in the Capital Destruction catagory. It might be just ahead of TGT.

If there's a "short attack" going on right now you know what that means, don't you? Shorters don't short a stock to keep it from rising. They short in anticipation of bad news coming out. If the short attack is taking place at these prices, the bottom is not in yet.  GL

Today was weird I saw short inventory drop from 1.5M avail shares to 350k.  That's a pretty significant drop normally (when the stock was hovering in the mid to upper 40's) it buzzes around 4m available, after the Ziply new it buzzed around 1.5 to 1M. Today was a really big drop which was significant compared to volume. what this tells me is there is some pretty significant buy
