The private placement closed relatively quickly and three insiders consumed a substantial amount of the shares.  I would view this as optimistic despite our share dilution.

Agree. The most important point though is that even with this dilution the stock will still be trading at well under 10% of its share of the Maricunga NPV, which is just insane, given the project is months if not weeks away from THE major catalysts required to send it into construction. LPI management has been very vocal/confident recently about closing the JV with Codelco in the coming weeks

Regarding LPI management being very confident do you have a link to a video or source for this?  Or is taken from the CEO's address to shareholders in the middle of november? There is this line from their website, " Fully funded development-stage project with financial investment decision to commence construction expected in 2020 Hopefully this financial investment

They voiced their confidence in both their annual report and the recent CEO address to shareholders ahead of their AGM. Both were confident in Codelco JV closing over the near-term and indicated off-take and financing would follow. Given how much longer the Codleco JV has taken then they expected, my expectation is off-take and financing are already in place at this point and are just waiting for
