I agree with that! you will need to do good talking to your friends in Cobalt...!   Tell them not to give away their shares just because they are tired of all this fuss!

My letter to Bruce......................................................... General consensus, this is a great deal for everyone involved except CSK and its owners, Not to mention the obvious stone wall trading at .145. I own XXX,000 shares and collectively with my colleagues we own a million and a half plus.   We are all voting No on this deal. CSK would be better ...more

What I am hearing is that the other board members aren't happy with the deal... seems they weren't even consulted by Bruce on the deal.. At least this is what I am hearing... would be interesting to hear from them... Once again, what does Bruce gains in that deal? Since everybody else is losing?

I sent him that Vote No message and politely reminded him that no good has come to our share price since we got involved with these two companies. I also encouraged him to run it independently in future after the merger is rejected by No Voters.

Voting NO as well, this isn't going to go away Mr. Bruce.
