A small update to address some of the statements in regards to Marianna Naturals Corp. and the submission of the COVID-19 test kit to Health Canada.
COVID-19 test (Neo-Nostics) 1) I personally submitted the COVID-19 test application to HC on Oct. 26th, 2020 at 11:22am
2) I personally submitted extra information on the COVID-19 test to HC on Nov. 10th, 2020 at 12:23pm (At the request of HC, they wanted more information)
3) The submission to HC has been exactly 30 days today (1 month) since it was first sent in.
4) 30 days is NOT a long time
5) The test kit is registered with the FDA
6) It has CE approval and is listed in the
European Commission COVID-19 In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Database seen here: European Commission COVID-19 In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Database (think about that)
Marianna Naturals Corp. 1) As CEO of Marianna Naturals Corp. I can assure you that I am extremely happy with the progress of our transaction with Primo Nutraceuticals Inc.
2) On Oct. 26th, the company press released that we received our CUSIP 56671R1001 and our ISIN CA56671R1001 and appointed Integral Transfer Agency as our transfer agent.
3) Both numbers and the appointment of a transfer agent is pointless to the company as a private company; but essential to us as a public company. (think about that)
There are people that care about the company (Primo Nutraceuticals Inc.) and want to see the company succeed. Respecting those that do is the first step in increasing shareholder value.
