Dilution or Consolidation

I think there will be some action in last 15-20 minutes today. Trading in a very narrow range 1.58 - 1.60 for the most part of the day today with approx 1.6M volume.

Hopefully, it will break the 1.60 channel on the upside for $2 in next few days.

I don't understand this kind of volume without any price movement, sounds like a pre-arranged consolidation deal. So who is selling, and why? Same question re the buyer. BXE has been such a major disappointment, and ths is coming from an long time optimist. Seems that over the years, every time there was a short term positive trend, management shafted shareholders with an action that drove ...more

A PS to my last post, unfortunately I have too much in it to walk away. Will have to continue to bear the disappointments until a miracle takes place or BXE is bought out, in whole or piece by piece.

I would say Patience is what we need at this point. Selling at loss does not make any sense.

I bought a small amount of BXE, the other day. I noticed in the confirmation that TD sold it to me as a principal. I would expect that there is going to be a financing, and TD will be able to profit by participating in the offering.

It is not unusual for the larger banks to have a pool of stocks to sell to you directly.  This does not indicate anything is about to happen; it's regular business for them.
