Unusual volume in first 2 hours of trade

Already traded 305k shares.
Is it the sign of reversal? and the beginning of an uptrend?
Probably too early to conclude I think. but BXE trading at p/b of 0.1 only. And it's Cardium plant could be making money at this Oil price.
