Great Assets , Book Value ?

My understanding is that this company has great assets it could sell if it neeeded to service its debt and that its BV is around $13 and that it gets a decent price for a good portion of its Nat Gas. Every time they dilute, book value per share drops. They are diluting like crazy to pay off small amounts of debts.
