We didn't have to accept the 15 million did we? Why not just go BK? Why do we have to pay them another 15 million what about the shareholders!!!

You're crazy MJ. The $15M for a court supervised sale is a good thing to ensure it's all done fairly. The Book Value is huge value. There will be lots of interested buyers. MJ I'm not sure you know that the banks bought 83% of the shares in June. The banks forgave $110M in debt for the shares. So the common shares are pretty well the banks. So they will ensure a decent plan is approved ...more
