ExGen Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior resource company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of copper-gold mineral properties in Canada and the United States. Its projects include Empire Mine Project, DOK Project, Gordon Lake, Boss Property and Buena Vista Property. The Empire Project is located in southeast-central Idaho, in the Alder Creek Mining District, approximately 3.3 miles southwest of the town of Mackay and 97 miles west of Idaho Falls. The DOK property is located approximately 40 kilometers north of the Galore Creek and the Shaft Creek porphyry copper deposits and south of the active exploration underway north of the Stikine River. The Gordon Lake gold project is located approximately 110 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife, NWT. The Boss Property consists of two unpatented mineral claims. The Buena Vista Property is located in central Nevada. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is 3 Amigos Exploration Inc.
