This report suggests that $300 million was reduced to $37 million and dividended out to shareholders of record in the revamped deal. I distinctly remember seeing that $300 million was special dividended out to shareholders of Acreage but this info suggests I was wrong. At any rate the deal is still on for Canopy to M and A  Acreage.  They have a moral obligation after revisiting the

I think you are right Goedcan. I effectively received my share of the $ 300 millions. Was in 2019 I think. I don't remember how it was called at the time, but it was kind of a down payment paid to Acreage shareoholders. Then later on, we received another $ 30 millions. Thsanks for your posts... I enjoy reading them but don't like to answer because my written English is so...so...
